We bought an old Victorian terrace house about 6 months ago and have engaged these guys 5+ times for various projects from gutter cleaning, to roof and gutter restoration, to complex leak investigation and fixes. Jess, Rob and the whole team always go above and beyond, and their customer service, responsiveness and workmanship is next level. I’ve even had to contact them in a panic on a weekend when we first moved in and had water streaming out of a power point, which shorted the power, after an intense rain bomb - they responded straight away and talked me through it, then sent someone out the next day to investigate. Their quotes are always super reasonable and they provide extremely detailed reports with photos and updates after every job. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else and recommend them to everyone I know!

Well organised in making an appointment with confirmation the day before (even on a Sunday) and text advice the next morning that the team was on its way. The roof gutter cleaning was efficiently carried out on a very cold morning with a photographic report enclosed with their invoice with advice of a minor spouting alignment problem. This is the third or fourth time I have had my roof & solar panels checked by Roof Gutter Cleaning Melbourne. I am so pleased with their service & pleasant manner from the very first phone call. The young men who came to clean my gutters and provide a report as to the condition of my roof were very thorough and respectful. I live in a block of units and a neighbour had taken my reccomendation on board and had her roof cleaned and checked as well at the same time as I did. She was also very happy. Whilst on my roof they noticed that there was a tile that was out of place on another neighbour's roof opposite, so they very kindly knocked on their door and mentioned it, then got their ladder and fixed the tile for them. Nothing is too much trouble. I appreciate receiving the report with before & after photos. Thank you for everything boys, good job. This is a great company to deal with.

I never normally write google reviews, however the service provided by Tyler at Roof Gutter Cleaning Melbourne was beyond exceptional. Tyler cleaned the gutters and provided a detailed roof review of the company building I work in (Wodonga VIC), and we were very impressed with his professionalism, and the excellent service provided. I then contacted Roof Gutter Cleaning Melb to ask if they were able to assist with my own private home (Albury NSW), as had been unable to source local gutter cleaning or an urgent roof review for several months (local companies fully booked out or not taking on new clients). Tyler and Roof Gutter Cleaning Melb went out of their way to help, squeezing in a service early in the morning. Tyler’s expertise in fixing several broken tiles (that had been causing ceiling leakage in the recent heavy rains), and his comprehensive report with before and after photos of his gutter clean and roof issues observed was incredibly detailed and helpful. I am beyond grateful and so very impressed at Tyler and the company going above and beyond to help with a desperate roofing situation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
