Roof Gutter Cleaning Melbourne had their work cut out for them when they turned up to our property and saw the atrocious state of our gutters from afar. Lots of heavy Melbourne rain in recent months meant we had our own gutter garden with some weeds more than 2 feet high along the length of the front of our house. In pouring rain, 2 guys worked tirelessly, were soaked through and even turned down offers of a cuppa so they could do the job which took longer than scheduled. They worked hard, cleaned up and took everything away and hardly left a trace of them being there. My husband, who cannot clean the gutters now, was very impressed and still says what a great job they did the day after. We would definitely use Roof Gutter Cleaning Melbourne's services again. Jess and all the ladies in the office have been great to deal with too. Highly recommend 👍😊

We were provided with a detailed & very helpful report (including before & after photos) on the condition of the roof, the gutters and the solar panels. We bought an old Victorian terrace house about 6 months ago and have engaged these guys 5+ times for various projects from gutter cleaning, to roof and gutter restoration, to complex leak investigation and fixes. Jess, Rob and the whole team always go above and beyond, and their customer service, responsiveness and workmanship is next level. I’ve even had to contact them in a panic on a weekend when we first moved in and had water streaming out of a power point, which shorted the power, after an intense rain bomb - they responded straight away and talked me through it, then sent someone out the next day to investigate. Their quotes are always super reasonable and they provide extremely detailed reports with photos and updates after every job. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else and recommend them to everyone I know!

The young men who came to clean my gutters and provide a report as to the condition of my roof were very thorough and respectful. I live in a block of units and a neighbour had taken my reccomendation on board and had her roof cleaned and checked as well at the same time as I did. She was also very happy. Whilst on my roof they noticed that there was a tile that was out of place on another neighbour's roof opposite, so they very kindly knocked on their door and mentioned it, then got their ladder and fixed the tile for them. Nothing is too much trouble. I appreciate receiving the report with before & after photos. Thank you for everything boys, good job. This is a great company to deal with.
